Many airlines offer direct flights to Maui International Airport in Kahului Maui. Other flights transfer through Honolulu International Airport on the island of Oahu. When searching for flights, always select Maui International Airport (airport code OGG) as your destination. |

Visas
A visa is required for residents in certain countries.
To obtain a letter from the Organizing Committee for the US Embassy while applying for a visa, first contact the US Embassy in the country you reside in to determine what information and/or documentation is required. Then send an email to organizers invitation@newrad2011.org with the information which is required by the US Embassy to be included in the letter.
NEWRAD 2011 and its organizers are not able to contact U.S. Embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry into the host country to attend the conference.
